Brand New Lala Hand Pulling Bike This is a very rare hand -pulling bike .

you stand on back and one foot up front as in photo.The front foot steers and can brake on heel lever powered along by pulling the ropes, like a peddle bike but with the hands. was brought from overseas . I have never seen one here.
